At The Same Time

Okay when I first saw this plate I instantly thought of this scene from Office Space (and this plate too):

Peter Gibbons: What would you do if you had a million dollars?
Lawrence: I'll tell you what I'd do, man: two chicks at the same time, man.
Peter Gibbons: That's it? If you had a million dollars, you'd do two chicks at the same time?
Lawrence: Damn straight. I always wanted to do that, man. And I think if I were a millionaire I could hook that up, too; 'cause chicks dig dudes with money.
Peter Gibbons: Well, not all chicks.
Lawrence: Well, the type of chicks that'd double up on a dude like me do.
Peter Gibbons: Good point.
Lawrence: Well, what about you now? what would you do?
Peter Gibbons: Besides two chicks at the same time?
Lawrence: Well, yeah.
Peter Gibbons: Nothing.
Lawrence: Nothing, huh?
Peter Gibbons: I would relax... I would sit on my ass all day... I would do nothing.
Lawrence: Well, you don't need a million dollars to do nothing, man. Take a look at my cousin: he's broke, don't do [crap].

But the real story comes from Heidi, who sent this plate in:

Full disclosure: [this] one is actually my dad's plate. He and my stepmom grow organic produce as a hobby and got two chickens earlier this year. One of the original chickens has since disappeared, and a few more baby chicks (chix?) have been acquired. That's the true story of that plate, but I do wonder what other people think it means.

Not as funny as the Office Space scenario, but it's always nice to find the true meaning behind people's vanity plates. Most of you still remain a mystery.

I think he either needs to change his license plate because he's very naive, or he's using those chickens as an excuse to express himself.

Gross...the first thing I thought of was the OTHER infamous (and really disgusting) internet legend-"two girls, one cup". I'd tell you to google it, but you really shouldn't. TRUST ME. Suffice to say, dude needs to change his license plate.

When I first saw the plate my initial thought was, "Lesbians?" Then your Office Space quoting made me think of the obvious. But chickens? Really? It was my last thought despite the fact that Cute Overload has a chicken thing going on today.

I wonder how many guys envy him and how many women thing he's a pig when in reality he's just proud of his little peepers...wait no, that sounds just as bad.

I agree with Leslie--my first thought was lesbian couple. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Well, just made the mistake of googling "two girls, one cup." Sweet Jesus! I need to go vomit and shower.

uh I instantly thought of the infamous 2 girls 1 cup. Now knowing the background I'm convinced that I'm a sick awful person. :-(

Thanks for posting this!

I am a huge Office Space fan, but never thought of that scene in terms of my dad's plate.

In his defense, he got the plate long before the "two girls" video came out.

He's just proud of his little farm. :)
