I Have An Over-active Awesome Gland

IV ARIVD (I've arrived). This is just a little on the conceited side...dontcha think!? I would have to agree with you Kate. Despite what this driver may think, the world does not, in fact, revolve around her.
Oooh I'm scared! (Picture credit goes to Heidi)
Lexi sent us THA MAN (The man). Her email got straight to the point: People suck.
This last plate, 2SPCY4U (Too spicy for you), comes to us from Jerod: How does that person know they are too spicy for me? While I don't eat whole habaneroes I do chop them up for my homemade salsa. I've also made my own kim chee. I've found that if I'm more than 25 miles from an ocean I need to order food extra spicy when given the choice. This is Missoula, not Mexico.

Don't act like you aren't impressed.

Maybe they have overactive spice glands too?

I hope I'm accurately remembering that this is a plate I saw in rl, not on this site: SRYBDIT ("Sorry 'bout it," I assume.) It was on a fairly nice car. Maybe the car was a really extravagant apology gift, but my first thought was that this plate meant "Sorry you don't have such an awesome car." If so, it would fit right in with this bunch.

(No need to be sorry for me. I enjoy my old and non-awesome but paid-for car.)

I wonder if "ILLPWNU" was already taken.

I read the last one as "Too spacey for you." I assumed the driver was a blonde ;)

AJ:

The truck was parked a block away from both Thai Spicy (Which isn't. Plus it follows the rule of thumb about restaurants that offer Chinese food along with food of some other ethnicity.) and El Cazador. It was around lunch time.

Most apt word verification: asess. Easiest. Anagram. Ever.

This morning I was in my husband's car when we noted a car sporting 9SEVEN9. What with the upcoming movie my guy's got Star Trek on the brain and concluded it was a reference to the Seven of Nine character on Star Trek Voyager; I disputed. So when stopped at a red light he rolled down his window and motioned for the other car to do likewise, to ask about the plate. The lowering window unveiled a guy with shaved head and arms sleeved with tattoos... who explained 979 was police code for "stolen vehicle". Yikes.

Ugh! "IV ARIVD" Makes me want to expedite his departure with physical force.

I like to think that ILLOWNU doesn't actually own his car. Like, "oh speedy black sports car, I'll own you someday. Until then I will continue to accrue interest on you."

Clearly these people are way better than me. But my REAL license plate (non vanity plate)ends with "WZF", which eveyone interprets as "What Zee F*k?" LOL

And I thought the plates in my area were conceited....

I actually thought the last one read "Too Spacey For You"...and was driven by a blonde.

No offense meant to blondes...I happen to be one, however I do have a brain and I'm not afraid to use it LOL
