I Found Jesus, He's in Vegas

So this is where he's been hiding out all these years - NEVADA!

Doesn't this look like Black Jesus? I had to really force myself to see Be Like Jesus in this. The whole thing is just confusing, especially that spiked vanity plate holder. One thing can be agreed on though, this driver is definitely Lovin' the Lord.

Thanks Sue!

  2. There is a need to celebrate horrible plates! You just gotta laugh.

When I taught, I found a huge number of parents who had issues with standard spelling.
Kids with bizarre names, spelt in a rather creative way. They are now getting vanity plates, methinks.

  3. I definitely saw "Black Jesus" and wouldn't have even considered "Be like Jesus" if you hadn't pointed it out. Great plate, Sue!

  7. I saw "black Jesus" - then I thought perhaps he was of mixed heritage and it was black Hey-zeus - as in the latino pronunciation of Jesus. But "Be Like Jesus" is the more likely intent....

What if these people aren't lovin' the lord afterall - what if it's "BALK Jesus." Just a thought!

  8. Black Jesus! I thought I'd never see you again! You have always been my favorite Jesus.
Man, people don't really think their vanity plates through do they?
Well, I suppose if they did, we wouldn't all be here now would we?

  10. Since most historians think that Jesus was most likely dark skinned, I certainly saw it as black Jesus and that may actually have been the intent.

  12. When I lived in Vegas, there was a car with a vanity plate that read IAXDGOD. Would I had a picture of that right now!
