ReplyDeleteThanks. Of all the really weird ones I get, I think this is the only one where the answer just popped into my head BEFORE I shot it. Usually, the tougher ones I submit simply because I know it's not a "normal" plate (although, as we've seen, a vanity plate IS the normal in Va) and just wait for MsHLP to translate for me.

Very cool! I need some nice vanity plates, they are great motorcycle license plate frames. The only problem with them is that the police is more likely to stop you if you have these types of plates.
