Not To Be Confused With A Tigon

Okay. I admit it. I actually think this plate is quite clever. Mostly because it instantly made me think of Napoleon Dynamite:

Deb: What are you drawing?
Napoleon Dynamite: A liger.
Deb: What's a liger?
Napoleon Dynamite: It's pretty much my favorite animal. It's like a lion and a tiger mixed... bred for its skills in magic.

I wonder if this car was built for its skills in magic?

Thanks for the tots Jen H.!

  1. I've always loved that the liger had spines. Like somewhere along the line, its grandma had an illicit affair with an iguana.

  2. I grew up in Utah and though Napoleon Dynamite is Idaho based, I still relate, more than I care to admit. Also, the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake has an actual Liger (which is now taxidermied in a glass case.) My dad can remember when she was alive.

Sad to say, no spines included.

  3. As much as I like the movie, this plate stinks.

  4. Well, it could be cute maybe in another state, but being in Wis, it's just cheesy - bwaaahahahaha! Sorry.

  5. It took me like three hours to finish the shading on your upper lip. It's probably the best drawing I've ever done.
