ITZ SIK (It's sick) is from Keith S. From my understanding "sick" can mean one of many things including, but not limited to:

1. Not in the greatest of health
2. Really awesome
3. What I am on the Monday after Super Bowl.

    fyi, the four exhaust pipes are stock on a corvette.
