Interpretation: PWN NUBS = pwn n00bsLast I checked, you pwn n00bs, not nubs. I always thought nubs were, like, what is left after an amputation, no? I don't know if I would feel too good pwning a nub. For those of you who are confused, pwn means "owned" and n00bs refers to people who are new at a particular website or game. I believe this is what the internets calls l33t speak. So basically, the moral of this story is that VANITY PLATES ARE L4M3, even for the uber nerds.

Oh, man. This one reminds me of my ex-boyfriend, who loved his World of Warcraft a little TOO much. I'm surprised this license plate exists, though...it's on a car, which implies that the gamer (who, I'm assuming, is fairly hardcore, otherwise he'd never have chosen this plate) actually goes somewhere. In the case of most hardcore gamers I know, their idea of going somewhere is to get up off their ass, grab a can of something from the fridge, and go join yet another lame-ass raid--none of which, by the way, requires the use of a vehicle. So this plate is QUITE a surprise to me. :)
"Nub" is a regional variation on "noob".

What about if the U was supposed to be the long vowel sound, as in, "cue," say?
