Nah, I think MrsHLP has it right. The driver just has 3...one for the morning, one for noon and the last one for nighttime. A little overkill,but hey if you can handle them all...
Are you sure it doesn't say DRAGS 3? As in, drags 3 kids around all the time?
Also I saw the definition of D-Bag as "A Sh*t stain on society." That was my favorite. Can't remember where I saw it though.
