Hmm. I know someone from New Hampshire with a similar license plate, only hers reads "GOTTOYZ". Of course, she sells "adult" toys, which only casts further suspicion on this plate in my mind.
Doesn't help matters that there's a rusty ball-hitch in the picture too....
