One whose IQ exceeds his weight

Nerd alert (a l33t nerd, no less)! The platerazzi who snapped this one writes to us:

This "nerd" doesn't know how to drive. Probably should read the driver's license test prep material at least once. First they cut me off... then slam on the brakes... and eventually after about 5 minutes make a left turn without ever indicating.

That's right. Get the plate rage out my dears. Thanks for the submission Karl M.!

All that l33t stuff bugs me in general, so it's no big surprise that this plate makes me grind my teeth, too. I like substitutes like "L8R G8R" and "good 4 U" but that 3/e thing etc is just plain annoying and confounding. Oh, did I mention I'm dyslexic?

Nerds don't take driver's ed. It interferes w/ science/math/chess camp. heh.

Oh good golly! Great snag Karl!! With that description of the driving skills, might I suggest the N3RD get a job driving a NYC cab? They'd fit right in with little training!!

Wrong on all counts. That's a ham radio callsign plate. (Not saying us hams aren't nerds, though...)
